Fellowship-trained Rhinologists
The Canadian Rhinologic Society offers fellowship‑trained rhinologists the opportunity to advertise their practice and list their clinic address on the Society website if they can see patients with nasal polyps within a defined timeframe. This initiative is intended to improve access to tertiary rhinology care for patients across Canada by making it easier to identify specialists who can provide timely assessment and management of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps.

Ability to offer initial consultation for patients with nasal polyps within a specified timeframe from referral (timing criteria to be defined by the Society).
Agreement to abide by the Canadian Rhinologic Society’s professional standards.
Benefits for participating rhinologists
Practice listing and address displayed on the Society’s clinician directory for patients and referring providers.
Increased visibility to primary care physicians, otolaryngologists, and patients seeking tertiary rhinology care.
Opportunity to contribute to a coordinated national network facilitating timely access to subspecialist care.
Responsibilities of listed clinicians
Maintain accurate contact information and availability details; notify the Society promptly of changes.
Triage and schedule referrals for patients with nasal polyps in accordance with the advertised timeframe.
Provide evidence‑based evaluation and management; coordinate care with referring providers and local services.
Participate in quality improvement or data‑sharing efforts if requested by the Society to monitor access and outcomes.
Application and review process
Submission of proof of fellowship training and current licensure.
