Sinus Help is a team of Canadian rhinologists who have come together to create clear, reliable content designed to empower patients with trustworthy information about their condition. We aim to guide patients through their journey with nasal polyposis, reducing anxiety and lessening the impact on mental health by helping them better comprehend symptoms, treatment options, and expected outcomes. We prioritise transparent communication and foster collaboration among colleagues across Canada to ensure our guidance reflects current best practice. Our goal is to help you gain a clearer understanding of your condition so you can make informed decisions and optimise your treatment.

Digital illustration of a human face with a glowing, geometric design displayed on a smartphone held by a person with gloved hands. The background is blue, and there is text reading 'Sinu-Scope: A 360° view of CRSwNP management'.

Created as part of the Airwaves community, the Sinu‑Scope educational modules are designed for general otolaryngologists seeking to deepen their rhinologic knowledge and refine surgical skills. Content spans core pathophysiology, evidence‑based medical and surgical treatments, and perioperative management, alongside strategies for addressing disease recurrence and coordinating multidisciplinary assessment. Each module emphasises practical, clinically relevant insights — from diagnostic decision‑making and operative technique to postoperative care and collaboration with allied specialties — to support safe, effective patient‑centred practice in rhinology.
